Pretty royal blue dress with a contrast texture and sheen floral pattern. This dress has a small puff shoulder, 3/4" sleeve and button cuff. The top is a cross over and buttons at the waist. There is a soft angled peplum overlay on the full pencil style skirt.
This dress has belt hoops but no longer has the original belt. Would be great with any slim belt or not needed with all of the details. Beautiful design and in exv=cellent vintage condition.
The tags have been removed so unsure of material, fells like a quality polyester blend.
