Beautiful, cap sleeve, rushed waist, black velvet dress from Holt Renfrew, circa 1995. This dress has a high straight neck line, cap sleeve and a open back. The back has a removable panel so you can cover your bra strap if needed. The waist is more of a matte satin material with some rushing and a tie belt that can be worn to the front or back. There is a side zipper and back slit on the skirt.
